Pick/Pack

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack position to work with a leading manufacturing facility in Edison. This role is essential to our operations, ensuring that products are accurately prepared and shipped to customers with care and efficiency.

Shift Patterns

• 2nd Shift | 4pm to 12:30am
• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Pay Rates

• 16.13 USD hourly

Requirements for Pick/Pack

• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
• Must have dependable transportation to and from job site
• Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. periodically during shift when necessary
• Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed
• Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes

Role Responsibilities for Pick/Pack

• Accurately pick and pack products into shipping boxes for customer delivery
• Ensure all items are packaged correctly and placed in the appropriate containers
• Maintain consistent packing speed throughout the entire shift while remaining on your feet
• Handle all products with care to prevent damage
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while prioritizing safety and punctuality

Location: Edison. This position is based in a dynamic warehouse environment.
