Maintenance Tech

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Maintenance Tech to work with H & L Tool Company Inc. in Madison Heights. This is a hands-on role focused on ensuring the reliability and performance of manufacturing equipment, including screw machines, cold headers, and wash systems. You will play a critical part in minimizing downtime through proactive maintenance and expert troubleshooting.

Shift Patterns

• Monday to Saturday, 7:00am to 4:30pm

Pay Rates

• 35.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Maintenance Tech

• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience
• Strong electrical troubleshooting experience with industrial equipment
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Ability to safely use precision measuring tools and common maintenance equipment

Role for Maintenance Tech

• Execute preventative maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and extend equipment life
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical systems including gearboxes, spindles, and bearings
• Maintain electrical systems such as motors, VFDs, sensors, and control circuits
• Collaborate with Production and Engineering teams to resolve equipment issues
• Document maintenance activities and manage spare parts inventory

Location: Madison Heights. This position is based in a manufacturing facility.
