Picker / Packer

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Picker / Packer to work with a leading apparel company in North East. This role is essential for ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and in perfect condition.

Shift Patterns

• Sunday-Wednesday 6:00pm-4:30am

Pay Rates

• 19.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Picker / Packer

• Experience working in a warehouse environment
• Must be able to lift and move up to 30 lbs.

Desirable Requirements for Picker / Packer

• Dependable transportation to and from job site

Role for Picker / Packer

• Accurately pick and pack products into shipping boxes for delivery to customers
• Ensure all items are packaged correctly and placed in the proper containers
• Handle items with care to avoid product damage
• Maintain a consistent pace throughout the shift while remaining on your feet
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain punctuality
