Picker /Packer

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Picker / Packer to work with KDC/One Acupac in Mahwah. This role involves accurately picking and packing products into shipping boxes, ensuring items are packaged correctly, and maintaining a consistent pace throughout your shift. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where safety, punctuality, and meeting deadlines are top priorities.

Shift Patterns

• Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm

Pay Rates

• 15.92 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Picker / Packer

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and physical work.
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions in English and/or Spanish.
• Must have dependable transportation to and from job site.

Desirable Requirements for Picker / Packer

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
• Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed.
• Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Role for Picker / Packer

• Accurately pick and pack products into shipping boxes for customer delivery.
• Ensure proper items are packaged and placed in the correct containers.
• Handle items carefully to avoid product damage.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace.
