Forklift operator

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift Operator to work with a leading logistics partner in Fort Worth. We are looking for a versatile equipment specialist to join a dynamic warehouse team.

Shift Patterns

• Wednesday to Saturday 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Pay Rates

• 18.75 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Forklift Operator

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating Raymond forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, and electric pallet jacks.
• Proven experience in a warehouse setting with knowledge of shipping and receiving processes.
• Familiarity with order picking procedures and inventory management systems.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
• Must provide valid forklift certification during the walkthrough.

Desirable Requirements for Forklift Operator

• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by job duties.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in material handling.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Adaptable to working in different departments based on business needs.
• Ability to take instruction and follow safety protocols.

Role for Forklift Operator

• Operate a diverse fleet of equipment including Reach Trucks, Dock Stockers, and Cherry Pickers.
• Stage, stack, and retrieve palletized loads from high-bay racking systems.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound freight from trailers.
• Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and maintain data accuracy.
• Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
