PTL (Pick to Light ) Operator - Bethlehem

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a PTL (Pick to Light) Operator to work with ID Logistics in Bethlehem. This role is essential for our warehouse operations, where you will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing customer orders using a specialized Pick-to-Light system. We are looking for individuals who value accuracy, attention to detail, and teamwork to help us meet our daily productivity and quality goals.

Shift Patterns

• Sun, Fri, Sat 8:30am-9:00pm (includes 30-minute lunch break)
• Overtime and weekend work may be required based on business needs

Pay Rates

• 17.50 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• Ability to stand for 10-12 hour shifts
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to lift, carry, and move products as required

Desirable Requirements

• Ability to demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a team-oriented mindset
• Ability to adapt to changing production needs and support overall operational goals
• Previous warehouse, order picking, packing, or production experience

Role Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately using the Pick-to-Light system
• Verify product quantities and quality to ensure customer requirements are met
• Perform quality checks on products and completed orders
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Rotate between workstations and tasks throughout the shift
