Introduction

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift Operator to work with Maryland Talent Pool in the Northeast. This role is essential for maintaining efficient warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.

Shift Patterns

• Sunday to Wednesday 7am to 5:30pm
• Wednesday to Saturday 7am to 5:30pm
• Sunday to Wednesday 5pm to 1:30am
• Wednesday to Saturday 5pm to 1:30am

Pay Rates

• 20.00 USD hourly

Requirements

• Previous forklift experience required
• Ability to safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs when necessary
• Ability to work a full-time but flexible schedule
• Reliable transportation to and from the worksite required
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Role Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Load and unload pallets, materials, and products
• Move inventory throughout the warehouse and storage areas
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and product organization
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
