Warehouse Associate - Mt Juliet

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Associate to work with a leading logistics company in Mt. Juliet. This role involves general warehouse labor, including unloading, palletizing, scanning, labeling, wrapping, and moving products using a manual pallet jack. You will also be responsible for processing parcel shipments using computer systems.

Shift Patterns

• Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:30pm

Pay Rates

• 17.50 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Warehouse Associate

• Repetitive heavy lifting: 35+ lbs
• Able to stand, walk and bend for the full shift
• Scanning and labeling accuracy
• Manual pallet jack experience
• Reliable attendance in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using a computer for parcel shipping orders

Desirable Requirements for Warehouse Associate

• Basic computer skills
• Basic English
• Carousel, assembly or problem-solving experience
• Excel proficiency
• Container unloading experience
• Parcel carrier software experience (FedEx, UPS)
• Flexibility to move between tasks

Role Responsibilities for Warehouse Associate

• Unload, sort and palletize incoming product
• Scan and label cartons accurately
• Hand-wrap or machine-wrap pallets for transport
• Move pallets efficiently with a manual pallet jack
• Pick and pack orders for shipment
• Process parcel shipments in the shipping system and apply correct labels
• Consolidate pallets and load them onto trailers

Location: Mt. Juliet. This position is based in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
