Pick/Pack

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack position to work with a leading logistics company in Burlington. The Warehouse Picker/Packer is responsible for accurately picking and packing products for customer orders and preparing items for shipment in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Patterns

• MONDAY - FRIDAY 7:00AM TO 3:30PM

Pay Rates

• 16.25 - 17.75 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Pick/Pack

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. periodically during shift when necessary
• Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday
• Ability to lift, bend, reach, and move products as needed

Role for Pick/Pack

• Pick and pack products into shipping boxes accurately and consistently.
• Ensure the correct items are placed in the proper containers.
• Handle products carefully to prevent damage during the packing process.
• Follow all safety procedures and meet productivity deadlines.
• Work with team members to complete daily work efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
