On-Site Specialist

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an On-Site Specialist to work with Weil McLain in Eden. We are seeking a high-energy professional with a background in production and manufacturing environments to join our team. This is a client-facing role that requires a unique blend of boots-on-the-ground production knowledge and sophisticated data analysis. You will be responsible for optimizing workforce efficiency and maintaining high-level relationships with our key clients, managing the assignment of approximately 30-50 employees, with potential for seasonal increases.

Shift Patterns

• 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• Flexibility to arrive early or stay late as needed

Pay Rates

• 50000.00 - 55000.00 USD yearly

Must-have requirements for On-Site Specialist

• 2+ years of experience within a business administrative, warehousing, logistics, or production/manufacturing environment
• Ability to communicate in a timely manner with customers and staff
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Role for On-Site Specialist

• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems and Excel to track recruitment funnels, turnover rates, and time-to-fill metrics
• Provide weekly data reports to leadership to drive strategy
• Spend time on the production floor to understand labor needs, safety requirements, and workflow bottlenecks
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, conducting regular pulse check meetings to ensure staffing levels meet production goals
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for production, skilled trades, and general labor roles
• Maintain meticulous records for I-9s, background checks, and drug screenings to ensure 100% audit readiness

Location: Eden. This role is based on-site, requiring direct interaction with the production team and client management.
