Pick/Pack

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack role to work with ITS Logistics in Worth Township. We believe in fostering an inclusive environment where every team member is valued. You will be responsible for performing various physical tasks to support warehouse operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

Shift Patterns

• Sunday to Wednesday 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
• The shift schedule will transition to Sunday to Thursday in the near future.
• Extended hours until 7:30 PM may be required as needed.

Pay Rates

• 18.50 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Pick/Pack

• Please describe your experience using RF scanners, including the tasks you performed and the systems or processes you supported.
• Explain the steps you take to ensure accuracy when inspecting products, handling inventory, or preparing items for shipment.
• Share an example of a time when you identified and corrected a discrepancy in inventory, packaging, or product quality before it became a larger issue.
• Please explain your experience auditing orders once completed.

Role for Pick/Pack

• Process returned items using RF scanners and assess product condition for defects or damages.
• Support the 5S initiative by maintaining organization and cleanliness within the facility.
• Physically unload and load goods from trailers, ensuring safe handling.
• Lift up to 50 lbs repetitively while organizing and stacking goods.
• Ensure all inventory is properly tracked and documented during the unloading and loading process.
