Pay Rates

• 21.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Production Operator

• More than 2 years of manufacturing experience
• Must not have previously worked at Webasto
• Ability to work 7 days a week for 12 hours while standing and lifting
• Ability to take 2 paid training days to pass 4 written exams and a hands-on evaluation

Desirable requirements for Production Operator

• Experience with power tools
• Detail-oriented with the ability to visually identify damage or missing parts
• Foundational understanding of production technologies and processes
• Familiarity with quality measurement tools, such as calipers
• Competence in using industry-specific software for reporting and data analysis

Role for Production Operator

• Conduct inspections on parts, components, and finished products following established work instructions
• Perform precise gap and flushness evaluations
• Manage the loading and unloading of modules from storage racks
• Identify and escalate potential non-conformities through the formal escalation protocol
• Assist with first-off/last-off testing and the return of inspected components to production lines
