Picker

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Picker to work with a leading distribution center in Rialto. This role is essential for maintaining the flow of our high-volume operations, ensuring that customer orders are selected with precision and speed. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where safety and accuracy are the top priorities.

Shift Patterns

• Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 12:00 PM - 10:30 PM (First day at 12:00 PM)

Pay Rates

• 19.80 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Picker

• Previous warehouse or order picking experience in a high-volume environment
• Experience using RF scanners
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to walk for extended periods (10–12 hours per shift)
• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, reach, and lift
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holiday shifts based on business needs
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. periodically during shift when necessary

Role for Picker

• Accurately pick merchandise from warehouse inventory using RF scanners and pick lists
• Verify item descriptions, quantities, and locations to ensure order accuracy
• Transport picked items to designated staging or processing areas
• Meet or exceed established productivity and accuracy standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all safety policies

Location: Rialto. You will be working in a professional distribution center environment.
