At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Pick/Pack to work with a leading company in the manufacturing and production sector in New Albany. This full-time, in-person role offers hands-on experience in the assembly and packaging of high-quality beauty products in a factory and warehouse setting.

Shift Patterns

• 2nd Shift Monday through Friday 3:45pm to 12:45am

Pay Rates

• 15.50 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Pick/Pack

• Are you able to stand 8-10 hours a day?

Role for Pick/Pack

• Work on a production line to assemble, inspect, and pack beauty products
• Perform quality control checks to meet brand standards
• Maintain speed and precision to meet daily production targets
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth factory operations
• Follow all safety and cleanliness standards in a warehouse setting
