3rd Shift Forklift operator

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a 3rd Shift Forklift Operator to work with Bright International in New Albany. This role is vital for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials throughout the warehouse.

Shift Patterns

• Monday - Friday: 11 PM to 7:30 AM
• Overtime required: Saturday and Sunday

Pay Rates

• 21.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for 3rd Shift Forklift Operator

• Knowledge of Logistical Supply Chain methods and inventory control.
• Previous stand-up forklift experience.
• Comfortable with pallet wrap machines, reach trucks, cherry pickers, and other material handling equipment.
• Ability to read and understand orders and count different products stored in different areas and layers.
• Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs. throughout the shift when necessary.

Role for 3rd Shift Forklift Operator

• Safely operate industrial trucks or machinery in an industrial location.
• Inspect product load for accuracy and safely move product through facility ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Manually or mechanically load and unload materials from pallets, skids and boxes.
• Account for and secure materials or products for transport to designated areas.
• Control levers and other operating devices, such as forks and hoists, to load, transport and stack materials.
• Complete all requisitions with prompt, efficient, and safe outcomes.
