At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Returns Associate to work with ShipBob in Fort Worth. In this role, you will support e-commerce reverse logistics operations by inspecting, processing, and restocking returned customer orders. You will evaluate merchandise against client guidelines to determine if items should be returned to active inventory, refurbished, or disposed of, ensuring seamless operations for leading direct-to-consumer brands.

Shift Patterns

• Monday to Friday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Pay Rates

• 16.50 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Returns

• 1+ years of warehouse, e-commerce fulfillment, returns processing, or quality control experience preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach continuously at a dedicated processing station
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry packages weighing up to 30–50 lbs
• Fine motor skills and manual dexterity to unpack, inspect, and repackage goods

Role for Returns

• Receive inbound returned packages, open boxes, and verify contents against customer return slips and digital records
• Thoroughly inspect returned items for damage, signs of wear, missing parts, or compromised packaging
• Categorize goods according to guidelines for restock, refurbishment, liquidation, or disposal
• Log return details, reason codes, and item conditions into the Warehouse Management System using handheld scanners
• Re-label, repackage, and transport approved inventory back to designated storage bins

Location: Fort Worth. This position is based in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
