B2B Picker / Packer

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a B2B Picker / Packer to work with ShipBob in Fort Worth. This role supports business-to-business fulfillment operations, focusing on bulk shipments, specialized compliance guidelines, and precise retailer routing requirements. We are looking for experienced warehouse team members who understand wholesale compliance and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Patterns

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Pay Rates

• 16.50 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for B2B Picker / Packer

• Experience working in a warehouse environment
• 1+ years of experience in B2B picking, bulk packing, wholesale distribution, or retail compliance packing
• Familiarity with LTL/FTL freight requirements, pallet building, and vendor compliance labeling (UCC-128)
• Proficiency with handheld RF scanners, WMS inventory systems, and shipping label software
• Ability to lift, stack, and move master cartons and bulk boxes weighing up to 50 lbs

Role Responsibilities for B2B Picker / Packer

• Locate, pull, and stage high-volume bulk items, full cases, and master cartons using RF scanners and WMS pick lists
• Pack orders according to strict retailer compliance guidelines, ensuring correct box sizes and configurations
• Apply specialized vendor compliance labeling, master carton labels, and UCC-128 shipping labels in precise placements
• Build, stack, and secure freight pallets according to tier/height specifications for LTL/FTL transport
• Audit shipments against packing lists and routing guides to ensure accuracy in order quantities and freight manifests

Location: Fort Worth. This position is based on-site at the fulfillment center.
