Operator

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an Operator to work with SMR Automotive Systems in Marysville. This role involves the manufacture and assembly of high-quality parts at a pre-determined rate, ensuring that all production standards are met consistently.

Shift Patterns

• Sunday through Friday night. 11pm-7am.

Pay Rates

• 17.00 USD hourly

Requirements for Operator

• Able to lift 30 pounds
• Able to stand long periods of time

Role for Operator

• Interpret, communicate, and adhere to verbal, written, and visual manufacturing instructions.
• Maintain machine safety standards and follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Utilize one piece flow processes and apply common manufacturing competencies.
• Uphold housekeeping standards and follow 5-S principles.
• Identify quality parts versus defective parts and follow proper reporting procedures.
• Adhere to the company quality policy and employee handbook guidelines.
• Work mandatory overtime when required.
