At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a General Laborer to work with a leading company in the footwear and apparel industry in Mooresville. This role involves essential warehouse support tasks in a facility located between Mooresville and Clayton, Indiana.

Shift patterns

• Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Mandatory availability for overtime, including Saturdays and 12-hour shifts as operational needs dictate

Pay rates

• 17.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for General Labor

• Ability to walk, lift, sit, bend, and stand for extended periods of time
• Must wear steel toe shoes
• Capable of performing physical labor, including lifting up to 45 lbs on a continual basis

Role for General Labor

• Perform general labor tasks to support warehouse operations
• Utilize computer and scanner systems for inventory and processing
• Maintain an active pace while on your feet throughout the shift
• Follow safety protocols and operational guidelines
