This entry-level role involves operating and maintaining CNC machines, ensuring high-quality production through careful monitoring and precise adjustments.

Shift patterns

• 1st shift: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday–Friday.
• Some overtime available when workload requires it.

Pay rates

• 18.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for CNC Operator

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and follow standard operating, inspection, and reporting procedures.
• Flexibility to rotate between machines and handle parts continuously.
• Strong attendance and punctuality to support production schedules.
• Ability to perform basic in-process inspections using measuring tools.

Desirable requirements for CNC Operator

• Experience operating CNC machines, including familiarity with interfaces such as FANUC or SIEMENS.
• Proficiency in reading gauges, calipers, and micrometers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Role for CNC Operator

• Load and unload parts while monitoring machine performance.
• Perform routine cleaning and lubrication, including maintaining coolant levels.
• Conduct in-process inspections using dial gages, bore gages, and calipers.
• Maintain accurate records of machine settings, materials, and production results.
• Participate in 5S activities to maintain a clean and organized work area.
