Manufacturing Production Associate
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Manufacturing Production Associate to work with Wincore Windows in Parkersburg, WV. This role involves working as part of an assembly team to produce high-quality window and door units, requiring precision, manual dexterity, and a commitment to safety.
Shift:
- Night 6:00pm to 3:00am
Pay Rates:
- 17.00 - 18.00 USD hourly
Essential Requirements for Manufacturing Production Associate:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
- Ability to stand on your feet for 8 to 10 hours a day (entire shift).
- Experience or proven ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
- Ability to consistently perform repetitive daily manufacturing tasks.
Skills Requirements for Manufacturing Production Associate:
- Experience reading basic blueprints, schematics, or technical production orders.
- Prior experience operating, adjusting, and monitoring manufacturing machinery.
- Experience using measuring tools to verify workpiece dimensions against quality standards.
- Previous experience performing quality control (QC) checks and inspecting products for damages.
- Experience being cross-trained or rotating across two (2) or more different positions on an assembly line.
Role for Manufacturing Production Associate:
- Fabricate and produce component parts for the final assembly of window and door units.
- Operate and monitor production machinery while maintaining close control and adjustments.
- Measure workpieces and inspect products for quality and potential damages.
- Report product damages, operation concerns, and safety hazards to management.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Location: Parkersburg. This position is based in the Parkersburg, WV area.
