At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a General Laborer to work with Southaven Talent Pool in Southaven. This pick and pack role involves ensuring quality control, preparing products for shipment, and maintaining an efficient workspace.

Shift Patterns

• Front Half Day: Sunday - Wednesday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Back Half Day: Thursday - Saturday 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Pay Rates

• 17.00 USD hourly

Requirements for General Laborer

• Must be able to stand for entire shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 30lbs.

Role for General Laborer

• Inspect finished products for defects to ensure quality standards.
• Perform finishing tasks such as trimming, cleaning, or assembling components.
• Package products according to company and customer specifications.
• Label and organize packaged items for shipping or storage.
• Operate basic packing equipment and tools safely.
