At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Maintenance Technician - CNC to work with Rassey Skilled in Shelby Twp. This role is essential for supporting CNC operations by maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting machinery to ensure safe and efficient production.

Shift Patterns

• 1st shift: 7am to 3:30pm Monday-Friday (May have some light OT during the week or Saturday)

Pay Rates

• 25.00 - 33.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Maintenance Technician - CNC

• Must have CNC maintenance experience
• Must have own tools
• Must have experience repairing lathes and mills and other workplace equipment
• Must have strong troubleshooting skills — mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic
• Must have blueprint/schematic reading ability
• Must have preventive maintenance experience
• Must have knowledge of LOTO and safety protocols

Desirable Requirements for Maintenance Technician - CNC

• FANUC or Siemens interface experience
• Technical degree or certification in mechanical or electrical fields
• PLC-supported troubleshooting
• Strong communication skills for operator and setup team coordination

Role for Maintenance Technician - CNC

• Inspect, clean, lubricate, and adjust CNC machines to maintain accuracy and performance
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and software-related issues
• Schedule and perform routine preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and repair costs
• Record maintenance schedules, repairs, and parts usage while managing inventory
• Troubleshoot and maintain auxiliary equipment including forklifts and overhead cranes
