At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Formation Associate to work with a leading manufacturing facility in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This temp-to-hire role offers long-term career growth for candidates who demonstrate strong attendance, productivity, and safety performance.

Shift Patterns

• Rotating 2-2-3 schedule, 5:00 PM through 5:30 AM
• Availability to work every other weekend and overtime as needed

Pay Rates

• 20.16 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• Ability to work a rotating 2-2-3 schedule including 12-hour shifts and every other weekend
• Ability to repeatedly lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds
• At least one year of experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with exposure to heat and noise
• Basic computer skills for entering production information

Role

• Slide batteries from pallets onto conveyor systems
• Operate machinery used to fill batteries with acid
• Perform process checks and quality inspections
• Enter production information into computer systems
• Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S standards
