Wood Mill Carpenter

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Wood Mill Carpenter to work with a leading company in Design Fabrication Skilled in Madison Heights. We are seeking an experienced professional with strong finish-carpentry skills to join our team. This role supports a department with long-tenured team members nearing retirement, so we need a dependable, highly skilled individual who can step in confidently and contribute immediately.

Shift Patterns

• Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm

Pay Rates

• 20.00 - 22.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Wood Mill Carpenter

• Must have 3–5 years of carpentry or wood-mill experience
• Must have experience using wood saws, cutting tools, and building materials
• Must be able to read measurements and follow build specifications accurately
• Must be able to work safely and maintain a clean, organized work area

Desirable Requirements for Wood Mill Carpenter

• Experience with finish-carpentry-level work
• Familiarity with multiple wood types and specialty materials
• Able to operate additional mill equipment beyond standard saws
• Experience reading detailed blueprints or build drawings
