At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Problem Solver / Resolution / Cycle Counter to work with a leading logistics partner in Avon. This role is essential for maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting smooth warehouse operations.

Shift Patterns

  • Monday through Friday from 7:00 P.M. to 5:30 A.M.
  • Associates will work on the day shift until 11/23/26.

Pay Rates

  • 18.50 - 20.50 USD hourly

Requirements for Problem Solver / Resolution / Cycle Counter

  • Prior experience with inventory control, cycle counting, or resolving inventory discrepancies.
  • Comfortable using computers and systems (such as Excel or warehouse management systems) to track and investigate issues.
  • Ability to meet physical requirements, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs throughout your shift.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment where attention to detail and accuracy are critical.
  • Availability to work the scheduled shifts in Avon, including potential overtime as needed.

  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damages, and missing products.
  • Collaborate with operations, quality, and leadership teams to identify root causes.
  • Perform daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and reconcile variances.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in warehouse management systems.
  • Document issues and resolutions accurately within system tools.
