At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Material Handler Level 2 to work with a leading company in the food and agriculture industry in Sidney. This role is essential for maintaining efficient production and logistics, ensuring that products are handled safely and prepared for shipment to customers.

Shift Schedule

  • This is a first shift schedule, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM Monday through Friday with possible overtime on Saturdays

Pay Rates

  • 24.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Material Handler Level 2

  • Must have previous forklift or Mobile Powered Equipment (MPE) experience.
  • Ability to safely operate a forklift and other powered material handling equipment.
  • Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English to follow safety instructions and work procedures.
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to enter and record product/inventory transactions.
  • Ability to safely move, stack, pick, package, and load materials.
  • Comfortable working around oils and other production materials.
  • Ability to perform general sanitation and housekeeping duties.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Role Responsibilities for Material Handler Level 2

  • Safely operate equipment to unload, produce, and package products for shipment.
  • Perform general sanitation and housekeeping duties within the facility.
  • Transload oil from tankers to totes and manage fluidizing and blending processes.
  • Stack, pick, and load finished products into trucks for distribution.
