At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack role to work with a leading logistics company in North Aurora. You will be responsible for locating, picking, inspecting, and packing goods accurately to ensure customer orders are shipped quickly and correctly.

Shift Patterns

• Sunday to Thursday, 6:30 am to 5 pm

Pay Rates

• 17.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Pick/Pack

• Experience in a warehouse environment

Role for Pick/Pack

• Retrieve merchandise using RF scanners, pick lists, or voice-to-pick systems.
• Inspect merchandise for damage and pack items securely.
• Apply accurate shipping labels and seal packages.
• Monitor stock levels and report damaged or missing inventory.
• Build, wrap, and stage pallets for shipment.

North Aurora.
