At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Receiving Freight & Compliance Inspector to work with a leading retail company in Logan Township. This role is essential for maintaining quality control, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency within the warehouse environment.

Pay Rates

• 21.27 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse, receiving, or quality inspection experience preferred
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with RF scanners or warehouse management systems
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret shipping documents and compliance guidelines
• Good communication skills (bilingual English/Spanish is a plus)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Role Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming freight for accuracy, damage, and compliance with company standards
• Verify shipment contents against purchase orders, packing slips, and system records
• Document discrepancies such as shortages, overages, or damages and report findings promptly
• Ensure all received goods meet labeling, packaging, and compliance requirements
• Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to log and track inventory
• Assist with unloading, staging, and directing freight as needed

Location: Logan Township. This position is based in a fast-paced warehouse facility.
