At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Dispatch Customer Service Representative to work with Expeditors in Santa Teresa. You will serve as the vital link between drivers, warehouse staff, and logistics teams, managing dispatch administrative processes, handling shipping documentation, tracking freight, and resolving customer service queries to keep operations running smoothly.

Shift Patterns

  • Monday - Saturday 09:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Pay Rates

  • 15.00 - 16.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Dispatch Customer Service Representative

  • Proficiency in speaking and written English and Spanish communication skills

Desirable Requirements for Dispatch Customer Service Representative

  • Prior experience in working with dispatch and transportation operations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • 1–3 years in dispatch, customer service, or admin roles within a warehouse, freight forwarding, or logistics setting
  • Proficiency with WMS/TMS software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Role Responsibilities for Dispatch Customer Service Representative

  • Check in drivers, assign dock doors, verify credentials, and schedule loading/unloading with warehouse leads
  • Act as the main contact for client queries, carrier status updates, and inventory inquiries via phone and email
  • Prepare and audit shipping records, including Bills of Lading (BOL), inbound receipts, packing slips, and manifests
  • Maintain real-time tracking in WMS and TMS databases, updating load statuses and arrival/departure times
  • Identify and resolve dispatch delays, order discrepancies, or documentation issues quickly

Location: Santa Teresa. This position is based in a dynamic, high-volume logistics office setting, stationed at a desk with occasional walks to the warehouse floor or dock bays.
