At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift Operator to work with a leading company in the apparel industry in Southaven. This role involves moving materials throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Shift Patterns

• Sunday-Wednesday, 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM

Pay Rates

• 23.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Forklift Operator

• Knowledge of Logistical Supply Chain methods and inventory control
• Previous forklift experience
• Experience with pallet wrap machines, reach trucks, and cherry pickers
• Ability to read and understand orders and count different products
• Must be able to work a full-time flexible schedule
• Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site
• Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. throughout the shift

Role for Forklift Operator

• Safely operate industrial trucks and machinery
• Inspect product loads for accuracy and move them through the facility
• Manually or mechanically load and unload materials from pallets, skids, and boxes
• Account for and secure materials for transport to designated areas
• Control levers, forks, and hoists to load, transport, and stack materials
