At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an Inventory Control Associate to work with a leading logistics company in Rialto. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring products are properly accounted for within the warehouse through counting, verifying, and auditing merchandise.

Shift Patterns

• 1st shift Sunday to Wednesday, 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Pay Rates

• 18.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods during a shift.
• Must be able to lift, carry, and move boxes as required by warehouse operations.
• Must be able to meet established Units Per Hour (UPH) productivity goals.

Skills and Qualifications

• Operate RF scanners to track and verify inventory levels.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy when performing inventory counts.
• Maintain focus and efficiency while working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
