At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Stand Up Forklift Operator to work with a leading logistics company in El Paso. You will be responsible for the day-to-day material handling inside a fast-paced distribution facility, ensuring efficiency and safety in all operations.

Shift Patterns

• Monday-Friday 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Pay Rates

• 14.00 USD hourly

Must-Have Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recent stand-up forklift experience
• Ability to pass an on-site practical forklift evaluation and safety certification
• Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50-75 lbs
• Dependable transportation to the job site in Santa Teresa, NM

Desirable Qualifications

• Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse logistics software
• Basic math and documentation skills for inventory tracking
• Strong reliability and a collaborative team spirit

Role Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up forklifts to transport materials through narrow aisles
• Efficiently move, stack, and organize incoming and outgoing product shipments
• Verify product numbers and condition of goods using RF scanners
• Conduct mandatory daily pre-operational equipment safety checks
• Maintain a clean and organized work zone to uphold safety guidelines
