Warehouse Associate / Material Handler

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Associate / Material Handler to work with a leading logistics partner in Goodyear. You will play a critical part in maintaining facility efficiency, managing incoming and outgoing shipments, and organizing inventory.

Shift Patterns:

  • 2nd Shift - 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM
  • Occasional Mandatory Overtime

Pay Rates:

  • 19.00 USD hourly

Requirements for Warehouse Associate / Material Handler:

  • Experience working in a warehouse
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift boxes weighing up to 40–50 lbs consistently
  • Authorized to work in the US and willing to complete standard background/drug screenings

Role for Warehouse Associate / Material Handler:

  • Safely offload incoming containers and inspect goods for damage.
  • Move, stage, and arrange stock using hand trucks or pallet jacks.
  • Organize, pick, pack, and prepare products for outbound shipping.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
