Assembler

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an Assembler to work with a leading manufacturing company in Eden. This role is responsible for assembling components and finished products according to established quality, safety, and production standards, ensuring that all items meet company specifications.

Shift Patterns

• Monday- Friday 6:30am-5:00pm and Saturday 6:30am-3:00pm

Pay Rates

• 15.25 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Assembler

• Are you able to stand for long hours and lift up to 75 lbs consistently over a 10-12 hour shift 6 days a week?
• Have you ever worked at this company before?
• Do you have any relatives or friends who currently work for this company?
• Can you lift and reach over 7 feet from the ground up, to place heavier items on top of the product?

Skills Requirements for Assembler

• Can you assemble products correctly according to specifications and quality control guidelines?
• Are you able to perform assembly tasks consistently throughout your entire work period?
• Can you handle products carefully to prevent damage and ensure the safety of yourself and others?
• Do you have previous industrial or assembly experience?
• Can you provide your own required work clothing, including jeans, a collared shirt, and closed-toed, sturdy shoes?

Role Responsibilities for Assembler

• Assemble parts and sub-assemblies using hand tools, power tools, and assembly fixtures.
• Follow work instructions, blueprints, and standard operating procedures.
• Inspect parts and completed assemblies for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Report defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns to supervisors.

Location: Eden. This position is based in a manufacturing facility in Eden.
