B2B Picker / Packer

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a B2B Picker / Packer to work with ShipBob in Fort Worth. This role focuses on business-to-business fulfillment, involving bulk shipments, specialized compliance guidelines, and precise retailer routing requirements in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Shift Patterns

• Wednesday to Saturday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Pay Rates

• 16.50 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for B2B Picker / Packer

• Experience working in a warehouse environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach continuously throughout a full shift
• Ability to repeatedly lift, stack, and move master cartons and bulk boxes weighing up to 50 lbs

Role for B2B Picker / Packer

• Locate, pull, and stage high-volume bulk items, full cases, and master cartons using RF scanners
• Pack orders according to strict retailer compliance guidelines and specific palletizing rules
• Apply specialized vendor compliance labeling, master carton labels, and UCC-128 shipping labels
• Build, stack, and secure freight pallets according to tier/height specifications
• Audit shipments against packing lists and routing guides to ensure accuracy

Location: Fort Worth. This position is based on-site at the fulfillment center.
