Warehouse associate

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse associate to work with a leading logistics partner in Rialto. This role is essential for maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring the smooth flow of goods in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Shift Patterns

• Wednesday - Saturday 4:00 am - 2:30 pm
• Cycle counting responsibilities included

Pay Rates

• 18.00 USD hourly

Requirements for Warehouse associate

• Experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Familiar with pallet jacks and basic inventory tracking
• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
• Must have dependable transportation to and from job site
• Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed
• Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes

Role for Warehouse associate

• Physically unload freight from containers and trailers
• Build and shrink-wrap pallets according to distribution instructions
• Receive freight, identifying case packs and pallet patterns
• Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
• Communicate any inventory or stock discrepancies effectively

Location: Rialto. This position is based in a busy warehouse facility.
