Warehouse Associate - Bethlehem

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Associate to work with a leading logistics company in Bethlehem. This role involves performing manual tasks to support warehouse, distribution, and manufacturing operations, ensuring that products are handled efficiently and safely.

Shift Patterns

• Sun, Fri, Sat 7:00:00am-7:30:00pm | lunch 30

Pay Rates

• 18.75 USD hourly
• An additional incentive pay rate has already been added to the regular pay rate for Peak Season only.

Essential Requirements for Warehouse Associate

• Ability to stand in a warehouse environment for 10-12 hours
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 35 pounds

Role Responsibilities for Warehouse Associate

• Load, unload, move, sort, and organize products and materials.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare products for shipment.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and production-line activities.
• Inspect products for visible damage or defects and report issues.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow safety and quality procedures.
