At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Sr Assembly Tech to work with a leading manufacturing and machine shop in Armada. This role is essential for producing high-quality components used in assembly automation, medical applications, and mobile machinery.

Shift patterns

• 6am - 2:30pm, Monday - Friday (some overtime may be required until 3:30pm or 4:30pm)

Pay rates

• 23.00 - 25.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Sr Assembly Tech

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, assembly instructions and bill of materials
• More than 3-5 years of assembly experience
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
• Ability to use a manual lathe

Role for Sr Assembly Tech

• Operate assembly equipment to perform assembly and repair functions for Linear Motion.
• Gather parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials to build final assemblies.
• Inspect, test, and adjust completed units to ensure they meet specifications and tolerances.
• Assemble Ball and Roller Screw units using various shop equipment.
• Complete required documentation and ERP transactions while maintaining safety standards.
