Shift Patterns
- Multiple shift options are available, including 10-hour shifts (Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri) or weekend shifts (Sat/Sun).
- Overtime opportunities may be available depending on operational demand.
Pay Rates
- 17.50 USD hourly
Essential Requirements for Picker/ Packer
- Experience working in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout a shift.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the site in Bethlehem, PA.
- Willingness to learn and operate handheld warehouse scanners and inventory devices.
- Must be willing to participate in an onsite interview.
- Must not be currently employed by Job&Talent at another location.
Role for Picker/ Packer
- Locate and retrieve customer orders using handheld warehouse technology accurately and efficiently.
- Verify, inspect, package, and label products according to customer and shipping specifications.
- Inspect items for defects or damage prior to packaging.
- Participate in cross-training across multiple warehouse departments to build a versatile skill set.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station.
