At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Loader SIV to work with a leading retail company in Burlington. This role is essential for maintaining efficient shipping operations by ensuring that outbound shipments are loaded accurately and safely.

Shift Patterns

• 5th Shift, Friday thru Sunday, from 5:00 pm to 5:30 am

Pay Rates

• 22.00 USD hourly

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or loading experience
• Ability to operate pallet jacks or forklifts
• Basic understanding of warehouse processes and shipping procedures
• Ability to read and interpret load sheets, labels, and basic instructions
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Physical and Work Environment Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly
• Stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to work in varying temperatures
• Availability for overtime, weekends, or peak-season demands

Role Responsibilities

• Load merchandise, pallets, and cartons onto trailers in a safe and timely manner
• Verify shipment accuracy by matching items to load sheets, pick tickets, or manifests
• Secure loads using straps, bars, or shrink wrap to prevent damage during transit
• Maintain a clean and organized loading area to ensure a safe work environment
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to coordinate workflow
