Picker / Packer

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Picker / Packer to work with a leading logistics partner in Dallas. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting fulfillment operations for personal care and fragrance products, ensuring that orders are prepared accurately and safely for shipment.

Shift Patterns

• Monday to Thursday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Consistent 4-day workweek schedule with Fridays off

Pay Rates

• 20.50 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Picker / Packer

• Experience working in a warehouse environment
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stretch on concrete surfaces throughout a 10-hour shift
• Ability to repeatedly lift, push, and carry boxes weighing up to 25–50 lbs

Role tasks for Picker / Packer

• Locate and select items using RF scanners, pick sheets, and computerized inventory systems
• Carefully inspect, wrap, and pack delicate retail products into shipping cartons to prevent damage
• Verify product numbers, quantities, and UPC codes against order details to guarantee accuracy
• Print and apply shipping labels, seal packages, and route completed boxes to staging areas
• Keep aisles clean, organized, and free of debris while assisting with restocking shelves
