Pay Rates

Must-have requirements for Production Operator

• More than 2 years of manufacturing experience
• Must not have previously worked at this company
• Ability to work 7 days a week for 12 hours while standing and lifting
• Ability to take 2 paid training days to pass 4 written exams and a hands-on evaluation

Desirable requirements for Production Operator

• Foundational understanding of production technologies and processes
• Basic awareness of company quality standards and specific customer requirements
• Familiarity with quality measurement tools, such as calipers
• Ability to interpret and adhere to Standard Process Instructions
• Competence in using industry-specific software for reporting and data analysis
• Experience with power tools
• Detail-oriented with the ability to visually identify damage or missing parts

Role for Production Operator

• Conduct inspections and checks on parts, components, and finished products
• Perform precise gap and flushness evaluations
• Manage the loading and unloading of modules from storage racks
• Identify and escalate potential non-conformities through formal protocols
• Assist with root cause analysis and general problem-solving initiatives
