Warehouse Associate - Mt Juliet

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Associate to work with a leading logistics company in Mt. Juliet. This role involves general warehouse labor, including unloading, palletizing, scanning, labeling, wrapping, and moving products using a manual pallet jack. You will also assist with processing parcel shipments using computer systems.

• Fri & Sat 7:00am-3:30pm

Pay rates

• 19.50 USD hourly

Essential requirements for Warehouse Associate

• Repetitive heavy lifting of 35+ lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for the full shift
• High accuracy in scanning and labeling
• Experience with manual pallet jacks
• Reliable attendance in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using a computer for parcel shipping orders

Desirable requirements for Warehouse Associate

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Excel
• Basic English proficiency
• Experience with carousel, assembly, or problem-solving
• Experience with container unloading
• Familiarity with parcel carrier software (FedEx, UPS)
• Flexibility to move between different tasks
