This entry-level role offers a clear path for professional development, starting with customer order picking using modern warehouse technology and advancing into packing, shipping, and specialized cross-training.

Shift Patterns

• Multiple shift options are available including 10-hour shifts such as Monday through Friday or weekend shifts.
• Overtime opportunities may be available depending on operational demand.

Pay Rates

• 17.50 USD hourly

Must-have Requirements

• Experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
• Reliable transportation to and from the site.
• Willingness to learn and operate handheld warehouse scanners.
• Must be willing to participate in an onsite interview.
• Must not be currently employed by Job&Talent at another location.

Role

• Locate and retrieve customer orders using handheld warehouse technology.
• Verify, inspect, package, and label products according to specifications.
• Perform quality assurance checks to identify defects or damage.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station.
• Participate in cross-training across multiple warehouse departments.
