Shift Patterns

• Monday - Friday, 5:00pm to finish (based on mail volume)
• Flexible for overtime

Pay Rates

• 21.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• Over a year of experience leading teams of 10 to 15 people within a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Role

• Delegate daily tasks and provide guidance to team members.
• Ensure all employees adhere to safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and set up the floor for daily operations.
• Manage training initiatives and maintain accurate daily headcounts.
• Monitor operational metrics such as PPH, chute fills, and CPP to ensure downtime targets are met.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Communicate operational flow and updates to the onsite manager and floor supervisor.
