At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Picking Associate / Material Handler to work with ID Logistics in Smyrna. This role is essential to our warehouse operations, ensuring that customer orders are prepared accurately, safely, and on time while meeting daily productivity standards.

Shift Patterns

  • Mon-Fri 7:00:00am-3:30:00pm (30 minute lunch break)

Pay Rates

  • 19.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Picking Associate / Material Handler

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Must be able to operate an electric pallet jack

Desirable Requirements for Picking Associate / Material Handler

  • Ability to obtain a valid pallet jack certification
  • Ability to obtain a valid forklift certification
  • Ability to use proper lifting techniques

Role for Picking Associate / Material Handler

  • Pick and build customer orders using an electric pallet jack
  • Build, wrap, and stage pallets for shipment
  • Verify order accuracy and maintain a clean, organized work area
  • Consolidate and restock products and empty pallets
  • Prepare customer pickup orders and move trailers as required

Location: Smyrna. This position is based in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution center environment.
