At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Packer to work with a leading company in the healthcare manufacturing sector in Vernon Hills. This role is vital to ensuring that finished products meet strict quality standards before they reach the customer.

Shift Patterns

• Monday to Friday, 3 PM to 11 PM

Pay Rates

• 17.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• Capacity to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions for four or more consecutive hours
• High school diploma or GED and at least 18 years of age
• Proficiency in English to read and understand work instructions and safety guidelines
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Desirable Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or packaging environment
• Experience operating or assisting with production machinery and performing quality inspections
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and workplace safety practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing production needs

Role Responsibilities

• Inspect, package, and prepare finished products according to quality standards
• Monitor product flow through processing equipment and assist with basic troubleshooting
• Report equipment malfunctions, production downtime, or quality concerns to supervisors
• Support production operations by working at various stations as needed
• Follow all company policies regarding safety, quality, and environmental compliance
