Pay Rates
- 26.00 - 32.00 USD hourly
Essential Requirements for Maintenance Tech
- What PLCs have you troubleshot (Allen-Bradley, Siemens)? Describe a recent issue you fixed?
- How do you diagnose mechanical failures like conveyors, pumps, or motors?
- What experience do you have with hydraulic or pneumatic repairs?
- How do you perform preventive maintenance and document your work?
- How do you ensure safety when working on live or rotating equipment?
Skills and Qualifications for Maintenance Tech
- 3+ years in industrial maintenance or manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with PLC troubleshooting, mechanical systems, and industrial machinery.
- Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
Role Responsibilities for Maintenance Tech
- Troubleshoot and maintain PLCs and automated machinery.
- Perform routine mechanical inspections, lubrication, and repairs on conveyors and compressors.
- Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including seals and valves.
- Execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with production teams and engineers to resolve equipment issues.
