Introduction

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an Inventory Problem Solver to work with a leading logistics company in White Haven. This role is essential for maintaining inventory accuracy by investigating discrepancies, resolving issues, and supporting quality and audit compliance.

Shift Patterns

• Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri 19:00-05:30

Pay Rates

• 24.50 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• More than 1 year of inventory control, cycle counts, or resolving inventory discrepancies
• Ability to use Warehouse Management Systems such as SAP, Manhattan, PKMS, Swisslog, or similar
• Ability to investigate inventory issues and determine root causes
• Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and documentation

Skills Requirements

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Role Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies identified through cycle counts and audits
• Support audit preparation and ensure documentation is current
• Update and maintain training records and Standard Operating Procedures
• Communicate quality concerns and corrective actions to warehouse associates
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and Good Manufacturing Practices
